Construction Projects

Pars Goofca Engineering Co. designed and constructed the entrance canopy and rooftop tennis court facilities for the Iran Mall complex in Tehran.

The Iran Mall, which opened in 2018, is the largest shopping center in the world by floor area, covering nearly 1.95 million square meters across seven floors and housing more than 2,500 retail units. The project combines retail, cultural, recreational, and architectural ambition, including a vast library, concert hall, mosque, cinema complex, car showroom, and other major attractions.

Pars Goofca’s contributions, the entrance canopy and the 25,000 square meter rooftop tennis court, are integrated into the mall’s sweeping architectural form and transparent facades.

At the heart of the complex, the Mahan Garden provides a tranquil Persian-style oasis across multiple levels. Inspired by Iran’s historic Shazdeh Garden, it features lush greenery, water elements, and filtered light. Nearby, the 14,000 square meter musical fountain performs a water show visible from every floor of the mall.

Liquid Storage Tanks

Our water storage tanks are built to be heavy-duty, durable, and reliable, designed specifically for industrial and commercial applications where quality and performance are critical. We provide tanks in a variety of materials, shapes, and sizes to meet diverse operational needs.

Our fuel and petrochemical storage tanks are engineered with advanced safety and control features, including:

Incinerators

Pars Goofca Engineering Co. has extensive experience in the installation and testing of incinerator plants across the industrial, urban, and medical sectors in Iran. We have successfully delivered projects for the safe burning of petrochemical sludge, municipal waste, and medical refuse. In partnership with the European firm ATDCC, we have also implemented systems for controlling air pollution and factory odors.

We offer both fixed and portable incinerators. Portable units are ideal for hospitals, factories, ranches, and other facilities where space is limited. All equipment is manufactured and installed to meet European standards, with careful attention to budget and schedule requirements.

Pars Goofca Engineering Co. is prepared to expand these services to clinics, hospitals, ranches, and factories throughout the Gulf region.
